Recipe and Menu analysis

The nutritional values of recipes and menu items (recipes) can be calculated according to what information is required. 

The general information such as

  • The Glycaemic Index
  • The Glycaemic Load Energy [kJ] or [kcal]
  • Protein [g]
  • Carbohydrates [g]
  • Fibre [g]
  • Fats [g]
  • Cholesterol [mg]

can be provided, but other information needed for labelling could also be added.
